I am really surprised to read the negative review left below. My experience dealing with Denise and Simone has been nothing but professional, helpful and genuinely really pleasant. I asked Denise to undertake a buildings survey and valuation for a 2 bed house I was purchasing in Lewisham, the entire process was without fault - the report was full and thorough and was with me only 2 days after the survey. The report gave me all the information I needed and even raised new questions following in-depth findings - these were around issues that the solicitor/and I had relied upon the accurate filling of the property information form, but the report inquired further. Overall, I would confidently recommend Laurence Quilter and if I ever move again they will be my first port of call!
